This program aims to develop the participants’ skills in building and developing institutional performance indicators. In particular, the program seeks to achieve the following sub-objectives:
• Refining and developing the participants’ capabilities on how to build indicators in light of the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Building the capacity of participants in building and using performance indicator cards.
• Enable participants to apply goal cards and indicators for action plans approved by their departments.
This course targets workers in the field of planning, performance management, development, total quality management, institutional excellence, human resources staff and process engineering in all sectors and those interested.
