Dr. Abdallah Al-Qudah

Dr. Abdallah Al-Qudah holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences. He is a part-time lecturer at Mutah University and other Jordanian and Arab training centers and institutes. He is a certified consultant in social protection, management, institutional excellence, human resources and strategic planning.  In addition, he is a writer in management filed in the Jordanian newspaper; Al-Rai, and several news agencies.
Dr. Al-Qudah is a certified arbitrator and consultant of King Abdullah II Award for Excellence in Government Performance and Transparency in the Public Sector, as well as in the Minister of Interior Award for Excellence United Arab Emirates.
He held high positions in the public and private sectors, including Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration, the Secretary-General (undersecretary) of the Ministry of Public Sector Development, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Samra Electricity Company, Vice-Chairman of the Central Committee for Missions in the Civil Service Commission and a member of the Council Administration / Al-Hussein Bin Talal Development City - Mafraq Development Company, a member of the Board of Directors / Aid Fund, a Director of the Training, Consultation and Studies Center at the Social Security Corporation and an institutional development consultant at Devoteam Company located in Riyadh, KSA.
He was a member of many distinguished institutions, including the Central Committee for Human Resources in the Civil Service Commission, the Board of Directors of the National Resources Investment Corporation and the National Committee for the Preparation of the National Leadership Program. He was chairman of the Social Security Foundation's organizational evidence preparation team, a member of the award committee and chairman of the leadership standard team, King Abdullah Award for excellence. He was a member as well as the head of several government teams for improving and developing services at the Ministry of Public Sector Development, including the Licensing Department, Greater Amman Municipality, Lands and Survey Department, Standards and Metrology Institution, and Orphans Fund Management Corporation.
Dr. Al-Qudah is distinguished by extensive experience in the field of training, including the field of human resources (job description and classification, incentives and wages, employment strategies, corporate performance management, career path, training of trainers and organizational structures) and the field of strategic management (strategic planning skills, operational planning, developing work methodologies, risk management, key performance indicators, balanced score card and social responsibility) and institutional excellence (models of institutional excellence, SDIS system for improving provided services, Sheikh Khalifa Award, Dubai Award, King Abdullah Award, Radar methodology, preparing award documents, developing processes and simplifying procedures) And leadership (preparation of leaders, outstanding leader, behavioral skills of the distinguished manager, work teams, crisis management, change management) and general basic skills (time management, meeting management, stress management, problem solving and decision-making).  Many of his training courses were held in Bahrain and the UAE Qatar, in addition to Jordan.
Dr. Abdullah Al-Qudah’s experiences were not limited to consulting and training. He published several  research and papers, including a research titled; the impact of applying the standards of the King Abdullah II Award on the performance of Jordanian public institutions, a study of employees and service recipients’ satisfaction with the Social Security Corporation, and working papers with the following titles “Strategy Planning, attracting and assigning human resources in contemporary organizations, “investment in human capital as a competitive advantage,” “obstacles to empowering women in the Arab world,” “the system for improving provided services,” “strategy for planning, attracting and employing resources in contemporary organizations,”, “obstacles to empowerment,” Women in the Arab World, a paper on the role of the Institute of Public Administration in electronic transformation, a paper on the experience of the General Organization for Social Security in strategic planning, and two working papers on partnership and improving municipal services.
